SWBH named as one of top 100 best places to work

Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust has been listed as one of the top 100 best NHS organisations to work in. The accolade was awarded by the Health Service Journal who joined up with NHS Employers to rate all NHS trusts by reviewing the results of their staff engagement and satisfaction surveys.

Talking about the Trust, HSJ reported that, “Its highly motivated staff are well trained  and suffer fewer incidences of discrimination as well as fewer pressures at work.”
