Nurses looking for work could walk away with a conditional job offer at a our Trust when they go along to a recruitment fair this week.
Bosses at Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust are encouraging qualified nurses to visit their stand at the RCNi Jobs Fair at the NEC on Thursday and Friday (March 2 and 3), where staff will be holding
interviews.
Potential employees will get the chance to join a growing organisation, which is just under 600 days away from opening its new hospital the Midland Metropolitan, boasting state-of-the-art facilities in a modern clinical setting. There will also be a small scale model of the new site – which is dubbed Birmingham’s “super hospital”.
Successful candidates will be given opportunities to develop their skills through various learning and development programmes, and enjoy a host of staff benefits.
Elaine Newell, who was recently appointed as chief nurse at the trust, said: “Our
vision is to make our Trust the employer of choice for nurses. We already offer excellent training and development opportunities for staff and our values demonstrate the emphasis we place on nurturing and supporting our teams.”
