Accessing Outpatient Appointments Online
Patients who have an outpatient appointment will receive details via a text message on their mobile phone inviting them follow a link and log in using a unique pin number and their date of birth.
This will take them to a secure online portal where they are able to cancel or change their appointments by following the instructions.

Appointments Team
Patients who have opted out of using the online appointment system can cancel or amend their appointment by contacting the Appointments Team via the following ways:

- RXK number
Please allow two working days for a response from our team.
If you would like to amend an appointment for the same day please call the relevant telephone number on your letter.
Please note: If you are unable to attend because you are on holiday, please ensure you provide us with the dates you are away.
Please give as much notice as possible so we can offer your original appointment slot to someone else.
Patients may cancel a new appointment on one occasion, however if it is cancelled a second time, they will be referred back to their GP for a new referral. General enquiries will NOT be responded to.
