There were two egg-stra special deliveries to patients at Sandwell Hospital by volunteer groups Youth Space and the Sandwell Lions Club.
Both donated Easter eggs to children and adult patients who will be spending the next few days in the hospital.
President Bimla Devi Khumb kindly delivered haul of chocolate treats to youngsters on behalf of Sandwell Lions Club.
She said: “We always like to give back to the local community and what better way to do that than to make sure patients who are in hospital over Easter have an Easter egg for the special day.”
Meanwhile Youth Space, a group of young adults aged 13 to 21 who meet regularly to discuss healthcare and ways to improve it at the Trust, were keen to deliver around 50 eggs to adult patients.
Jayne Salter Scott, Head of Public and Community Engagement at the Trust and leader of Youth Space said: “I am so proud of the young people who have taken time out of their own day and used their own money to donate Easter eggs to patients.”
