The Trust continues to work with local communities to keep residents informed and engaged about the new Midland Met hospital ensuring everyone has a good understanding of how the new state-of-the-art healthcare facility will combine acute and emergency care services under one roof.
There are a large number of changes to services in preparation for the new hospital’s opening in 2024. So, as the project moves forward, regular conversations will continue with our local communities through the ‘Near Neighbours Group’, along with wider engagement with our Sandwell and West Birmingham populations so they are informed and up to date about news of the new hospital.
