We are pleased to announce that nominations for the Patient’s Choice Award are now open.
This award recognises a team or individual who demonstrates compassion and kindness in the care they have provided to you or your loved one.
If you or a loved one have received great care from an individual or team, you can nominate them for the Patient’s Choice Award by completing this nomination form.
Nominations close Friday 31 January, 5pm.
